When I joined the Audible for Business team, the product was just starting to transition out of a beta. To date, the sales model had been “high touch,” meaning there was no way for a client to come to our site and get started on their own. Each client we onboarded had to work with a member of our client success team. In order to scale, we needed to provide a self service site for smaller clients to onboard without intervention from our sales team.
